He brought a therapeutic approach to the training that I was not expecting, but I am so glad that he did. Coming from a trauma-informed yoga background myself, I felt he was very well-versed in using yoga as a therapeutic modality to help others with their challenges. He also very happy-go-lucky and doesn’t make teaching and learning feel overly serious. He makes it feel light and enjoyable, cracking “dad jokes” often, and I think that’s an amazing attitude to have in a teacher. I think Colin is a wonderful mentor, I strongly recommend anyone to get involved with the work he is doing, because it will change your life for the better and bring you closer to your intuition.
